Deodorizing and Sanitizing

Our add on services include eco-friendly deodorizing/sanitizing, leaving your yard smelling fresh and reducing the risks of harmful bacteria.

Residential Pricing

Our fee’s are based on size of yard, number of dogs, and frequency of service desired.

Additional fees apply for services such as eco-friendly deodorizing/sanitizing or special requests.

General Pricing:

Weekly Service: Starts at $35.00 per visit for a 1 or 2 dog home with a yard size of up to 1/8th of an Acre.
Bi-Weekly Service: Starts at $50.00 per visit for a 1 or 2 dog home with a yard size of up to 1/8th of an Acre.
Additional Dogs: A charge of $5.00 applies for each additional dog.
Additional Yard Size: A charge of $7.50 applies after the first 1/8th acre of yard size and for each additional 1/8th acre increment beyond that.
(Example) a yard of over 1/8th of an acre and up to 1/4 acre would incur a $7.50 charge. See the table below.

First Time Setup/One Time Cleanups:

A first time setup cleaning is required before being added to the regular schedule.
Starts at $35.00 for the first 15 minutes. This deposit must be paid in advance of any service. Additional time is billed as necessary at the rate of $1.00 per minute after the first 15 minutes.

Optional Deodorizing/Sanitizing:

Starting at $20 this is an optional additional yard and surface sanitization/deodorizing service using an eco-friendly, pet-friendly treatment that will leave your yard smelling fresh and inviting.

Terms and conditions

What to Know Before Your Service!

Service Scheduling:

We will assign a designated service day for recurring services. Please note that we provide a service day, not a precise time. Our schedule varies based on the needs of all of our clients and includes weekly, bi-weekly, initial and one-time cleans. These jobs vary in length, ranging from 15 minutes to 3 hours, making it impossible to guarantee a specific time each week.

Clients must ensure the cleaning area is accessible while they are not at home. We cannot wait for someone to provide access.

We cannot rearrange our schedule.

We provide an estimated arrival time up to one hour prior to our arrival.

Our operating hours are from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, depending on time of year but we rarely run past 7:00 PM.

Dog Safety Policy:

While we love dogs, for liability purposes, all dogs must be properly secured indoors during our service. No dogs are permitted in the yard during our service visits. Some exceptions may be made at our discretion.

Yard Access:

Clients must ensure their yards are accessible if they are not present at the time of cleaning. Please inform us of any gate combinations etc. required to access the areas to be cleaned or leave them unlocked if you prefer.

Billing and Payments:

Services must be prepaid for the week or month. If payment is not received 24 hours prior to the scheduled service day, services will not be scheduled. We accept credit/debit cards and electronic transfers such as PayPal. No refunds will be given for missed services if the yard is inaccessible.

Yard Conditions:

Yards must be free of excessive debris, hazards, or overgrowth that could obstruct service. An initial cleaning fee will be applied to all first time cleanings.

Clients must ensure the cleaning area is accessible while they are not at home. We cannot wait for someone to provide access.

If heavily soiled yards take longer than one hour to complete, there is an additional paid by time fee.

Weather Policy:

Services may be rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions at the discretion of Doggie Dooo Right.

Liability:

Doggie Dooo Right is not responsible for damage to landscaping, sprinklers, or other yard fixtures.

If dogs create harm or damage while we are present, these terms and conditions are void, services will be discontinued, and the client will be charged for any damages incurred.

Communication:

Please inform us of any changes regarding yard access or service preferences to ensure smooth service delivery.
